Therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and therapist alike.

You'll find that making changes to your thoughts can help you manage behaviour, and cope with difficult feelings.....

and can bring life-altering results.

My areas of focus are: Anxiety and overwhelm, relationship issues, depression, and PTSD.

I also have a wealth of experience with substance use issues, LGBTQI issues, complex grief and caregiver burnout. 

I can also help with chronic health issues, life transitions,  and health coaching.
